How many visits a day do most pets need?

Dogs usually do best with three or four visits a day; most cats are comfortable with one or two. We'll suggest a schedule after the meet & greet, and you can adjust it any time.

Will the same person come every time?

That's the goal, and on most bookings it's the same caregiver start to finish. If a backup is ever needed, they get your pet's full profile first and you'll know before the visit.

Can you water plants and bring in the mail?

Yes — add them at checkout. They're small things that make a house look occupied while you're gone.
